New Cambridge Test Centre
GV Noosa Cambridge students recently received welcome news that, effective
immediately, GV Noosa will be the new Cambridge Test Centre on the Sunshine
Coast. Test Centre status has been awarded to the school in acknowledgement
of both the size and strength of the Cambridge program and the suitability
of the recently expanded premises to host large numbers of students.
The Cambridge program, offered at both FCE and CAE levels, is an integral
part of the yearly schedule at GV Noosa, and large numbers of students
from a range of different countries make the journey to the Sunshine
Coast each year for the exam. Places in the September program are filling
rapidly, and multiple classes will be offered at both FCE and CAE level. |
A Student Becomes Famous in the Local Community
on the Sunshine Coast
Many students at GV Noosa express their desire to integrate
themselves into the local community. One of the best ways to
do that is to join a local sports team, and many students take
advantage of the opportunity to do so while at Noosa.
One of GV Noosa's students, Malik, has recently found local
fame as a key member of the Tewantin Soccer club. After a recent
man-of-the-match performance, Malik had an article written
about him in the local press and has picked up a lot of fans
among his students and in the community as a whole!
Other sporting opportunities on the coast include Rugby, Surfing,
Golfing, Triathlon, Cycling, Swimming,Scuba Diving and more.
GV Noosa staff are happy to help students make contact with
local sporting organisations.
