New accommodation options
Global Village Hawaii is continuing to expand our affordable
accommodation options for students. We have now started placing
students in the Kaimuki Residence, which has been fully remodeled and
is under new management and ownership. Over time we will increase the
number of rooms we have in the Kaimuki Residence.
We have now confirmed rooms at another new student residence, the Hana
Student Suites in Waikiki. This residence features shared rooms at
reasonable rates in a central location. To start, we have arranged
rooms in this unit for our Cambridge students starting this fall. We
hope to expand availability to students of all programs in the near
future. |

South Shore Swells come to Oahu
The arrival of summer brings Oahu's famous
surf to the South Shore. That is good for students of Global
Village Hawaii because the most famous South Shore surf spots
are just a few minutes from the school. Students can check
the surf by simply looking out the window at school and then
go hit the waves.
This is a great time for adventurous students to come to GV Hawaii to
study. It is suggested that those with limited time to study abroad
join the English
+ Surfing program to take full advantage of their
surfing opportunities. |
