Brisbane … where the activities never
end GV Brisbane has recently opened a new "Activities
Booking Office" to assist students in arranging their
weekend and after school activities. With an endless range
of things to do and place to see in Brisbane, our helpful Activities
Officer will ensure students get the most out of their time
in Brisbane. The Activities Office is open during lunch breaks
and from 2pm daily. |

A Teacher's Perspective - Meet Sofia our Introduction
To TESOL Teacher "I have been teaching at Global Village
Brisbane for two years and I really love working here.
GV Brisbane is the best language school I have ever worked
at both in Australia and overseas. The atmosphere here
is very warm and friendly and the school has a family like
atmosphere. I am currently teaching the Introduction to
TESOL Course. This course is a four-week intensive course
that introduces students to different strategies of learning
and teaching English. Introduction to TESOL is a very interactive
and hands on course and enables students to build up their
confidence in speaking through task-based activities, discussions,
teaching practice and presentations. This course is great
for any student who is considering doing further study
to become an English teacher or wants to build up their
fluency in speaking." |

Cambridge Preparation FCE Course
Our final Cambridge Preparation Course for 2006 commences
from Monday 18th September. The 12-week Cambridge Preparation
Course prepares students for the Cambridge FCE test. Our course
will develop students' vocabulary and will introduce
them to a range of current topics that they will encounter in real life
as well as in the examination. For all enrollment enquiries,

Australia, the newest and most advanced aviation
training organization in Australia. Aviation Australia
runs a range of courses ideal for those students considering
careers as Airline Cabin Crew, Ground Crew or Airport Staff.
They also offer a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
