IELTS Preparation

GV Victoria is offering a new IELTS Preparation Workshop. This intensive one-day class will introduce students to the format of the exam, provide some exam skills and tips, and give some practice doing IELTS exam questions. A good IELTS score can really give a boost to your prospects.

Korean Counselor

GV Victoria is pleased to announce that we now have a Korean counselor working with us. Isabel Lee has lived in Canada for 6 years and has been an international ESL student herself, so she is excellently placed to help our students with any problems they may have.

Fall at GV Victoria

Our students are making the most of the lovely fall weather to take part in outdoor activities in beautiful British Columbia. This month activities include a trip to the glorious Rocky Mountains, as well as hiking in the magnificent East Sooke Park, whale watching, kayaking, a wine tasting tour of the Cowichan Valley and a visit to Vancouver to see a professional ice hockey game.

If you prefer to stay in town, there is a guided walk around down town Victoria, an evening of jazz, or dinner with fellow students at a well known local restaurant. Something for everyone!
