GV Vancouver Afternoon Options – English Through Photography Option a hit!
At GV Vancoucouver, the PM Options continue to evolve. The classic language skill-focused classes—such as pronunciation, listening, reading, writing—continue to be the most popular, but students are also enjoying many of the optional action-orientated classes: English through Yoga, Fluency Practice through Video, Understanding Casual English, English through Drama, and English through Music.

In study block 11, students also had the opportunity to take English through Photography. Expert photographer and GV Vancouver teacher David Sanders was surprised when students took an active role in encouraging him to create a class focusing on photography.
"They got to see the world through different eyes-and talk about it in English", he says. "It was really motivating for them to be doing such creative, practical things- all in English. On top of that, they took some great pictures."
David hopes to offer the class again in the New Year to a fresh group of photo fans. |
