Japanese Lunch Catering Launched at GV Vancouver
Students at GV Vancouver can't wait to dive into their lunches every Tuesday and Thursday. That's because GV orders in a great mix of delicious Japanese style lunches on these days.
"It has been very popular with our Japanese students", says Mari Shimada, GV Admin Assistant. "But it has been just as popular with students from other countries as well."
The response has been overwhelming from both staff and students. When asked, many people note the convenience, the prices and the selection, but everyone has raved about the taste. "It's really great to have good cheap food here", says Fabian from Switzerland. "Japanese food is so expensive and specialized in Switzerland. I never had the chance to try it before. It’s been a great opportunity to try it here. I love Japanese food now!"
The caterer offers a variety of choices including sushi, bento (mixed lunch boxes), noodles and sandwiches. The prices range from $1.50 to $6.00 - which is indeed a great deal for such a specialized and healthy lunch! |
