Football, Food, and Friends
GV Hawaii held it's first monthly soccer BBQ in Term 7. Over 40 students turned out to play soccer and share the food of their home countries. Activities Coordinator Philip Thurston reported that students prepared a variety of dishes they shared with their friends and classmates at the BBQ held at Ala Moana Beach Park. After some intense soccer matches students couldn't wait to sample and dig into a tour of food from around the world. |
